I Feel TRAPT in This Scene - Part 3 - Ian's Untitled Scene Show

I Feel TRAPT in This Scene - Part 3 - Ian's Untitled Scene Show

IFTITS Part 3.jpg

PART 3!!!!! The really punch-drunk part…

The guys continue from Part 1 and 2, going into the context of jokes, other scene podcasts stealing (I’m only talking about certain shows of course), how to deal with social media, and a ton of making fun of Jackson!

There’s no Part 4, so don’t you worry.

You read all that correctly (three times, hopefully). Get ready for a lot of fun, scene knowledge, and a lot of strong opinions!

TRIGGER WARNING: Do not take things Ian, Jackson, and James say seriously. Ian, Jackson, and James also wish everyone impacted by covid-19 the best and a quick recovery. Stay safe and healthy out there everyone. A lot of people’s jobs are also affected (touring personnel, restaurant and bar staff, and so many more), so help out when you have the means. None of this works to say in a comedy show, but in the description, it does.

To quote the great scene band Chuggaboom, “If you’re easily offended, here’s your trigger warning”…Learn to take many fucking jokes, life will be better for you.

Listen to the exclusive show here (until some other show steals the content to use it as their own…). Also, available on Spotify, iTunes, and more, just look below:

PART 2 BAY BAY! The continuation no one asked for…

The guys continue from Part 1, going into the new The Used track, giving you a take on the “Trapt situation” you’ve only heard from Ian Scene and the lack of uniqueness in the scene.

Oh, yeah…there’s a Part 3 too…

You read that correctly. Get ready for a lot of fun, scene knowledge, and a lot of strong opinions!

I Feel TRAPT in This Scene - Part 1 - Ian's Untitled Scene Show

IFTITS-P1.jpg

It’s time to talk scene with Ian Scene. Wow, those two things seem to go together pretty well…must not be a coincidence…

Hey, don’t bother with that gibberish. The guys felt like catching up and talking the scene and a ton of tangents as they’re known to do. But, this talk went so long I decided to cut it into parts. Part 1 deals with some covid-19 talk (obviously), A Day To Remember, the word “simp” replacing “stan", Star Wars, and much, much more!

The next parts deal with The Used, a take you’ve only heard from Ian Scene on the “Trapt situation”, and still, so much more. Make sure to look out for those!

You read that correctly. Get ready for a lot of fun, scene knowledge, and a lot of strong opinions!

TRIGGER WARNING: Do not take things Ian, Jackson, and James say seriously. Ian, Jackson, and James also wish everyone impacted by covid-19 the best and a quick recovery. Saving Vice - Tyler Small and Chase Papariello - Ian Hates Music #196

Saving Vice - Tyler Small and Chase Papariello - Ian Hates Music #196

It's time for a very cool Ian Hates Conversations: Music Edition featuring the lead vocalists of Saving Vice, Tyler Small and Chase Papariello!

It's a really exciting time for Saving Vice as their debut EP 'Colder Than Dark' came out recently, they're playing the Massachusetts date of Warped Tour, and it was just announced that they'll be playing the main stage of iMatter Festival in August!

Tyler and Chase go over what the dynamic is like for them playing live, the dual vocalist stigma in Metalcore, and a whole lot more! You won't want to miss this!

In fact, this is such a good conversation, it's only Part 1! Brief warning though, as you'll hear in the conversation, there are some phone issues. For one, there are a couple (and I mean only a couple) weird sounds at the beginning of the call, but, there's also an issue where when Ian talks, Chase and Tyler's side sounds "underwater" for a couple seconds. This is a very strange phenomenon, which has only happened once or twice in the history of Ian Hates. It's addressed during the conversation early, and Ian tries to not chime in as much, but that changes the timing of a "normal" conversation. So, for Part 2, Ian and Saving Vice are going to speak LIVE at Warped Tour! So check out Part 1 now and Part 2 will be on its' way shortly!

Follow the links below to support Tyler, Chase, and Saving Vice with everything they do:

Many thanks to Chase and Tyler for taking the time to come on Ian Hates Conversations: Music Edition! Make sure to pick up their EP 'Colder Than Dark' and catch them live at Warped Tour in Mansfield, MA, and iMatter Festival! Ian will definitely be covering Warped Tour, so go join them for a great time!

Ian Hates Music #181 - #IanHatesSalute

In this episode of Ian Hates Music, Ian mentions it at the beginning of the show, this is a show laced with venom. Besides social media etiquette being discussed on Ian's Insights, and The Used being terrible again, Ian has a question for you. Do you like artists telling you, you can't voice your opinions? No? Neither does Ian and you're going to hear about it. And, of course, everything going on in the scene!

On that note, get ready for your best weekly dose of metalcore, post-hardcore, metal, hardcore, electronicore, emo, screamo, rock, alternative, pop-punk, punk, easycore, deathcore, and really, all the core you could ever want!
