Saving Vice - Robbie Litchfield Returns - Ian's Untitled Scene Show

Welcome to a brand new episode of Ian’s Untitled Scene Show! In this episode, I welcome back a friend of many of my shows over the years, Robbie Litchfield of Saving Vice!

You’ll be glad you listened to this episode, as Robbie has much to discuss. We go into the cancellation of their national tour (now titled ‘The End Of Winter Tour’) 22 days before it started, what it took to try to salvage the dates and turn it into a headliner, member changes, and a discussion about etiquette in the scene!

Note: I am delirious from being sick, so expect some messed-up words and whatnot, haha.

Scenemageddon 2021 Part 2 - Ian's Untitled Scene Show

Scenemageddon 2021 Part 2 - Ian's Untitled Scene Show

Welcome to Part 2 of Ian’s Untitled Scene Show or Ian Hates Music presents Scenemageddon!

In Part 1, you heard Dave, Jackson, and Ian share their takes on bands with podcasts, reaction videos, A Day To Remember, Architects, and many more. If you didn’t hear, Part 1 is only a click away, my friend! But this is Part 2! The part when Ian is a dick and tired, so he talks over the guys as they discuss a lot of scene randomness that I’m not going to get into here (because it’ll spoil the surprises)…

Just remember that this is a comedy/entertainment show about awesome music and everything is an opinion, so calm the fuck down! Just listen and have some fun with the original scene boys! Wait, is that even a good nickname? Highly doubtful. Fuck. Stop reading and listen!

Check out the fun below, including iTunes, Spotify, Stitcher, and more:

Welcome to a brand new episode of Ian’s Untitled Scene Show! In this episode, I welcome a friend of every music podcast iteration I’ve created and a new member of the four-timers club, Tyler Small of Saving Vice!

Always a pleasure to have Tyler on the show, especially in these strange times. Tyler fills everyone in on what’s been going on with him and Saving Vice during the pandemic and goes in-depth into the ‘Binary’ EP! It’s a very cool concept and great music you’re going to want to check out. As all conversations between us, Tyler and I also talk about what’s going on in the scene, which is always fun, even when we have differing opinions!

PS - I screwed up two things. First, I thought that Tyler was making a comparison involving the Avatar movie (either one), not the show, so now my joke should make sense. Second, the name of the BMTH track we talk about is ‘Happy Song’, not a self-titled ‘That’s The Spirit’ track. That was my bad. Apologies all around.

Check out the exclusive interview below, including iTunes, Spotify, Stitcher, and more:

IAN HATES HAS HIJACKED IAN’S UNTITLED SCENE SHOW!

Dave is also back, so the guys talk everything going on in the scene right now! It’s a lot different than the past shows, so check it out! Or don’t. Ian don’t give a fuck.

To quote the great scene band Chuggaboom, “If you’re easily offended, here’s your trigger warning”…Learn to take a fucking joke.

Listen to the exclusive show here (until some other show steals the content to use it as their own…). Also, available on Spotify, iTunes, and more, just look below:

Saving Vice - Tyler Small and Chase Papariello - Ian Hates Music #196

Saving Vice - Tyler Small and Chase Papariello - Ian Hates Music #196

It's time for a very cool Ian Hates Conversations: Music Edition featuring the lead vocalists of Saving Vice, Tyler Small and Chase Papariello!

It's a really exciting time for Saving Vice as their debut EP 'Colder Than Dark' came out recently, they're playing the Massachusetts date of Warped Tour, and it was just announced that they'll be playing the main stage of iMatter Festival in August!

Tyler and Chase go over what the dynamic is like for them playing live, the dual vocalist stigma in Metalcore, and a whole lot more! You won't want to miss this!

In fact, this is such a good conversation, it's only Part 1! Brief warning though, as you'll hear in the conversation, there are some phone issues. For one, there are a couple (and I mean only a couple) weird sounds at the beginning of the call, but, there's also an issue where when Ian talks, Chase and Tyler's side sounds "underwater" for a couple seconds. This is a very strange phenomenon, which has only happened once or twice in the history of Ian Hates. It's addressed during the conversation early, and Ian tries to not chime in as much, but that changes the timing of a "normal" conversation. So, for Part 2, Ian and Saving Vice are going to speak LIVE at Warped Tour! So check out Part 1 now and Part 2 will be on its' way shortly!

Follow the links below to support Tyler, Chase, and Saving Vice with everything they do:

Many thanks to Chase and Tyler for taking the time to come on Ian Hates Conversations: Music Edition! Make sure to pick up their EP 'Colder Than Dark' and catch them live at Warped Tour in Mansfield, MA, and iMatter Festival! Ian will definitely be covering Warped Tour, so go join them for a great time!
